Branch a project. Paste a restricted key. Hit First Coin when the numbers land.
1. Open Stripe Dashboard → Developers → API keys → Restricted keys → Create restricted key.
2. Name it Challenge MMR so future-you knows why it exists.
3. Flip only these permissions to READ:
- Balances — READ
- Customers — READ
- Subscriptions — READ
- Invoices — READ
- Prices — READ
- Products — READ
4. Leave everything else off. No write. No Connect write. No webhook write.
5. Copy the key (starts with rk_live_ or rk_test_). Paste it when you add a project in Challenge MMR.
Never paste a full secret live key (sk_live_). We refuse it. Restricted / read-only only.
